Chef Joe custom blends them with the world’s finest gourmet spices, and packs this dressing with a savory kick that is excellent on greens, vegetables and meats. Be sure to try it as a marinade for your steaks and chicken. Your guests won’t know what grabbed their taste buds, but they’ll be sure to ask for more.

Recipe Tip: Bruschetta is even better with this dressing on it. To make: Lightly layer stacks of fresh slices of mozzarella, tomato and basil on small rounds of a French baguette. Drizzle our Mountain Vinaigrette over the stacks and watch them disappear.

Luscious red raspberries from the South of France make a sweet and aromatic wine that our European supplier distills into a flavorful vinegar and directly exports to us. Chef Joe mixes this special blend with the savory zest of garlic, onion and bell pepper and his secret combination of distinctive herbs and spices. The result is a light and refreshing dressing that will not overpower but lingers with a subtle fruit finish.
